If your pedigree is all about establishing online as a core and stable channel for acquisition in the UK, preferably in a subscription based environment then we want to hear from you now ! You will be tasked with: - establishing and executing a comprehensive UK online marketing strategy for this financial services brand - establishing optimised and stable performance in both commercial (direct and via affiliates and search) and client channels - executing online campaigns via dotted line to the UK marketing director - establishing a suite of optimised control creatives and a pipeline of creative development tests - establishing well-performing relationships with best available creative vendors and other appropriate vendor relationships - supporting the UK marketing director in delivering required results and campaigns whilst developing the channel, and ensuring complete and high quality hand-over of an operational channel (at the end of this project) - developing competence and knowledge of the UK marketing team so that the channel is handed over to a fully capable and confident team - managing (and developing where required) appropriate reporting, analysis and measurement tools to support informed marketing and commercial decision-making - ensuring that all reporting delivered is accurate and complete, and accompanied by appropriate interpretation - ensuring the establishment of a fit-for-purpose web analytics tool - determining online marketing best practice across all countries and with the US, and ensuring that this is used where relevant in UK - participating in ad hoc projects as required Less important is the sector background that you have but there is no compromise on your online, and acquisition skills.
